导致管道泵在运行时出现噪声的主要有以下情况:1,管道泵转子平衡度降低;2,受工况的影响;3,管道泵的安装;4,叶轮流道的堵塞;5,轴承损坏;6,管道泵汽蚀。

(一)、管道泵中的转子平衡降低:由于泵高速的旋转工作,就是使得转子中心和回转偏离,从而产生振动,该问题的出现有可能是泵厂家在设计泵时没有安装标准来制作。也有可能是转子时间太长,出现了一定的轴偏离或者零件的磨损导致转子在工作时精度降低。出现了上述问题就须对转子进行维修或者更换方可解决。

(二)、受工况的影响,一般管道泵在工作时都是按照工况的需求来工作的,而拿普通的泵在小流量或者大流量的工况中工作就难免会引起泵的噪声与振动了,上述问题中产生了水击冲力,减小水击冲力方可,主要从以下2点下手,1,适当的增加叶轮外径与泵壳隔舌的距离;2,改变流道的线性,尽量避免流道面积与流速太小或者太大或者改变太大,这样能够缓和冲击。在长期小流量的时候可以采用小口径的泵,同理工作量大时,可采用大口径的管道泵,这样也是避免泵振动噪声的有效方法。

(三)、管道泵安装:如管道泵与底座、底座与基础如出现松动现象、电机与泵链接的联轴器的同轴度偏低等,均可能产生振动和噪声,需要重新拧紧联接螺栓,或重新校正。

(四)、叶轮流道的堵塞:当叶轮流道内有异物堵塞,会造成叶轮偏重,各部位受力不均,则会造成泵振动加大。拆下叶轮进行检查清理流道。

(五)、轴承损坏:若轴承损坏,除其自身运转噪声增大外,将使转子的运动失去稳定性,将造成泵机组振动和噪声增大。

(六)、管道泵汽蚀:汽蚀过程中将产生气泡和气泡破裂的现象,从而引起振动和噪声,如果是由于管道泵汽蚀产生的振动,则要考虑改变安装高度或增加系统压力,另外选择合适型号的泵业很关键。

The above problems can only be solved by repairing or replacing the rotor.


(2) Influenced by working conditions, general pipeline pumps work in accordance with the requirements of working conditions, while ordinary pumps work in small or large flow conditions will inevitably cause noise and vibration of pumps. The above problems generate water hammer impulse and reduce water hammer impulse, mainly starting from the following two points: 1. Appropriate increase of impeller diameter and pump shell diaphragm The distance of tongue; 2. Change the linearity of the channel, try to avoid too small or too big or too big change of the area and velocity of the channel, so as to mitigate the impact. Small caliber pump can be used for long-term small flow, and large caliber pipeline pump can be used for large workload, which is also an effective method to avoid pump vibration and noise.


(3) Installation of pipeline pumps: Vibration and noise may occur in pipeline pumps and substrates, substrates and foundations, such as loosening phenomenon, low coaxiality of coupling between motor and pump, etc. It is necessary to re-tighten the connecting bolts or re-correct them.


(4) Blockage of impeller runner: When there is foreign matter blockage in impeller runner, the impeller will be heavier, and the force on each part will be uneven, which will cause the increase of pump vibration. Remove impeller to check and clean runner.


(5) Bearing damage: If the bearing is damaged, besides the increase of its own operating noise, it will make the motion of the rotor lose stability and cause the vibration and noise of the pump unit to increase.


(6) Pipe pump cavitation: bubble and bubble burst will occur in the process of cavitation, which will cause vibration and noise. If the vibration is caused by pipe pump cavitation, it is necessary to consider changing the installation height or increasing the system pressure. In addition, it is crucial to select the appropriate type of pump industry.
